We just went through our first home buying process. Damon was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with us with all our questions. He point out things to look for that wouldn’t have crossed our minds. He was hands on, helped us tremendously throughout the entire process and very easy to work with!

We have bought and sold a handful of homes over the years and our experience with Coldwell Banker was hands down the best. Our realtor, Micah King was extremely responsive and proactive through every step of the process. We moved to a completely different market than where we sold our home and she went above and beyond, even traveling hundreds of miles, to make sure we got what we were looking for at a reasonable price and within the targeted timeline. We could not be happier!

I chose Micah based on a couple of referrals from her other clients. They were not wrong. I was trying to sell a plot of land and I just gave her the wheel. From there on out, Micah was all gas no brakes. Explained in detail every step, didn't sugarcoat anything, was 100% real, gave multiple daily updates and was able to come up with an everyone wins solution for a property line issue. Great listener and extremely patient with me, as I can be quite trying. I trusted her enough to let her do what she needed to do and she did. 5 stars.
