Don't waste your time. Gina Gabriel was rude and extremely unhelpful. It took her weeks to reach out to my wife and I only for her to say there was nothing in our budget. Which is a complete joke, we're pre approved with 800 credit and well over 100k to put down. She had never even talked to us to know our budget or plans and by the time she bothered to call us back we had already viewed 3 houses with another realtor and have placed an offer on one.

Professionalism and expertise was exceptional from my agent Cameron Dubois. She provided me with tips & insight on what would best benefit my family. She would always return my calls or was available even though she had other clients. She secured us a home less than a mile from my dad and I am very pleased on our home purchase. Thank you Cam!

Deleted my previous review as it was vented out of my frustration with the buyers agent from this group. I would not recommend Jeff Wagner as a buyers agent for any new first time home buyers as you would get no insights, no touring with him and not much info that could be valuable to a prospective homebuyer. To add to this my big down payment deposit was almost messed up with a wrong realtor info and got no apology. I had to find the home, tour it myself, drop off the check myself and what exactly is the buyers agent supposed to do? My displeasure with him was well known as I spoke to the agency manager Teresa Maynard about him but was already too deep in the process that I didn’t wanna miss out on the home I eventually bought. Never working with him or this agency again

Absolutley, without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had in my life. There were way too many issues for me to type them all out. There is no accountability and management doesnt seem to really care either. I would not recommend these people to anyone.

Nasty tactics. Unprofessional.
