Do NOT rent from James Lewis, one of the realtors in this office. After 3 years of renting with not one late payment (even when my husband was out of work for 4 months), he and his wife decided to sell the apartment we had been renting. We were given less than 2 days notice that the apartment was to be listed. Many things were not fixed in a timely fashion during our 3 year stay, some dragging on longer than a year. We could not use a window for over a year, one of the overhead lights and two of the ceiling fans for many months. Though he said he would work with us and help us in any way possible, in fact it was just the opposite. With such short notice, we were strapped for cash for a new deposit/rent and moving expenses.
