We had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience working with Ms. Laura Baliestiero and Ms. Jackie O’Neil from Coldwell Banker. Despite the promise to act in our best interest as outlined in the Exclusive Buyer Agreement, both agents failed to meet even the most basic expectations of care, competence, and loyalty. Throughout our transaction, they misrepresented our position to the sellers, failed to act in good faith, and neglected to address a critical breach of the P&S Agreement by the sellers regarding a Certificate of Conditional Occupancy. Rather than proactively addressing the issue and proposing a solution, they let the problem go unresolved, putting us at a major disadvantage.
