Great group of agents that put their clients first and give back to their community.
I was referred to a realtor that works at this branch from my fiance. I had a lot of issues in dealing with the realtor. I kept telling the realtor what my needs were and I had to explain them over and over for the 50+ days my house was listed through Coldwell. Nothing went right. Everything from the lack in information on the MLS listing to the lack of time given to show my house since I still live there and work from home on a schedule. I only went with the agent due to her telling me the house would immediately sell due to the area/market. After two failed offers, I decided to go with a different firm.
Will never do business with this office ever again.
