Looking at $ 500k property. Scott Bader did not answer request for information properly but responded with half answers. Sat on request for viewing, appt was to be w/a local Pastor. So sat on request and did not give local" Pastor" a showing. After 2 days responds and says 3 offers so maybe sold this afternoon. Looks like from other complaints a pattern with Scott at Coldwell Bankers.
