I have hired this agency to sell my property and has been the worst real estate experience and mistake I ever made. If you want to be constantly harassed about price reduction and attacked on you character go with them. Constant bragging about how price is high so they can get their commission quickly even after multiple price reductions to help them sell. Also they wanted 1% increase of commission for staging the house. Very unprofessional and rude agent behavior who called himself doctor of real estate. Very few open houses and pretty much their tactics of selling is not their effort, marketing and networking but quick sell at the lowest possible price for their clients. I had to block an agent so I don’t get further aggressive and inappropriate messages.

If I could give NEGATIVE 1000 stars, I would. We have been renting from this property management company for over a year, and it has been an absolute nightmare. For 15 months, our family, two adults, three kids, and our pets, have been unknowingly living in a home with serious mold issues. From day one, we reported water pouring behind the siding. Mushrooms are growing on the outside of the house. A piece of siding fell off. We repeatedly reached out asking for help. Instead of urgency, we got excuses, delays, and complete lack of follow-through. When someone was finally sent out, it was a handyman with no mold expertise, who opened the wall and exposed us directly to the mold, and left it open. After that, our health took a nosedive.
