During the listing portion, this team SEEMED good. But, once there was an offer on our home our realtors worked to get us to comply with each and every request of the buyer. It was as if the buyers had two realtors and we had no one working for our interests. The property sold for $35,000 less than their recommended listing price . Either they are not good at estimating home values or they are really poor at defending their recommended pricing. Neither of these are in the best interest of the selling homeowner. Paul was panicked by the chance that we could "lose the deal" with each and every phone call. Every request by the buyer was treated as a make or brake situation and that no other buyer would ever come along. We had to be the calming professional. I will never work with thi
