I'm a tenant of Deni and Bill Hamilton and I have to say they are the greatest landlord that I have ever rented from. Very respectful and always willing to help my wife and I every time we needed them. I just thought I'd share my experience with everyone. Wish the world was filled with more people like them.

My family and I had an awful experience with a realtor of Caldwell Banker McMahon. It took us an extra 4 months to close. The entire time, our realtor kept painting a positive picture of the buyers even though there was no chance they would close, extension after extension. Our realtor would more than often be a roadblock than a supporter in our actions. When we finally had to take legal action, we had to ask for closing documents 4 times. She was completely unsupportive, would talk down to me, and only really cared towards the end when legal action was threatened and her commission was at stake. Please vet the realtor you choose to go with carefully, if they are from this Broker.

Somehow I missed posting a review of Coldwell Banker last May when my Husband and I closed on our second home. Deni Hamilton was assigned to us via USAA's Movers Advantage Program. Let me say first off she is one of my favorite people. I am so thankful we made the connection with her and had her holding our hands through the whole process. From first showing till the ink dried at closing she was there for us and continues on as not only the only realtor I will ever use or recommend, but also a beautiful person in our eyes. Contacted agent on Sunday to review and make cash offer on a property, was told by agent she would get info and call me back. Called back again on Monday left voicemail. Never received call back or any contact after initial conversation.
