Me and my husband moved at this property when it was owed by a different management. They absolutely loved this place and took care of it. Once Coldwell took over everything went downhill. No more maintenance at all, once winter hit it was absolutely ridiculous, our trash stopped being picked up because of the lack of snow removal, us, the tenants tried to keep it as clean as possible but we were not able to do much without the equipment. This winter they had maintenance living on site but they stopped paying them for the jobs they were doing here and they ended up moving to another place. After several storms in SLT this year and no snow removal, the snow on the rooftop start coming down and falling on our vehicles. When you are a renter in So. Lake Tahoe, you have limited choices. Do not expect customer service or hospitality from these folks. If you apply for a property that they service, better expect to be kept in limbo for a week or two. There were two gentlemen in the back office who were helpful but overall the staff here needs better customer service training. When you schedule an appointment with a agent and that agent goes out to lunch for 2 hours, and the receptionist, who is curt and rude, will tell you she doesn't know when the agent will be back. It is very frustrating. Best part, when you finally move in and have a apartment and a assigned parking spot, don't bother calling them when someone has been in your parking spot for almost a week. I was finally able to get my own apartment after saving quite a bit, spent $3,000 moving in and right after I moved in I lost my job due to covid. I quickly spent my savings until I had nothing left 5 months later, and desperate for help I had to use the covid form for the new AB3088 legislation on the eviction moratorium. I have not been able to pay rent since regrettably and I was sent a form for rental assistance when the federal funds finally became available. Well I filled it out right away and as I write this (2 months later) its still being processed and I received an eviction notice a couple of days ago. In the middle of a pandemic they were not legally allowed to serve an eviction on tenants unless it was an "at fault eviction", not surprisingly, they flat-out LIED to the court st

LIES , LIES, LIES All these women do is lie. when we called with interest in renting from them. kelli told me the rent was 1400 per month, as soon as my uncle went in and tried renting the place it was now 1800. than peggy proceeded to tell me she would contact the owner and ask him to let us out of the lease because the building was uninhabitable ( after we already paid over 6 months of rent and never used ). she never did that, and claimed she never said she would. lying right to my face! they lie ,and rent buildings in poor shape for more money than originally agreed upon. I would not recommend them or this office to be exact!

My experience with long term rentals has been nothing but pleasant! Kelly and Sierra are very nice and very helpful in resolving any issues that have come up!!
