My present tenant, experienced toilet repairs, washer valve leak, and dryer repairs in March. This month, Feb 14 to March 14, the tenant paid $1700 monthly for a rental bill with electricity included for a 1780 square foot 4 bedroom, 2 bath home. I alerted the agency in February to the leaks by reviewing monthly bills. The repair expenses were over $900.00. I did not receive any rental income for March. In February, I approved to remove dry wall around the washing machine. In February, i received $1567; January, i received $1171.00. I requested to remove dry wall under broken valve to search for black mold. Thankfully there was none after 2 months of leaks (January and February.) Management gave the tenant rental termination notice for end of April due to my request to update

The shower and toilet fixed or rebuilt. Just a week ago I had a leak in the wall. The whole house had to be re-plumbed. The whole time for all repairs, I've been in contact with the company. For the big ticket items, they need owner approval so it may take a little time. It's not their fault if the owner won't authorize work. Everyone in the company is great. They know me and greet by first name when I call or go by. They really care about my issues. I know they have a ton of similar problems. They make me feel that my issues are important to them. I rented a house from Coldwell Banker for over three years. They tried to charge late fees when rent was on time but they just hadn't deposited it yet, took forever to make repairs, and some of the cut-rate untrained repair people they sent stole things from my house. They left me and my children without heat for 3 days in the middle of last winter because weekend heater repairs would be too expensive. The whole time I was renting there, I never once paid rent late, and I took care of the place as if it was my own. When I moved out I left the house pristine. Nevertheless they kept more than half of my deposit, saying that they'd had to haul away trash, pull weeds, and pay a leftover water bill. I recommend this company if you're looking for excellent personal property management. Elisa Talbert, my property manager, did a great job. Not only were my questions answered quickly, the monthly reports were clear, on time, and accurate. Responses to tenant questions were communicated to me in a timely way. Elisa always gave me her opinion/recommendation if I asked. I'm satisfied with quality service at a time when service seems to be in short supply. Thank you Elisa.
