Dan Gaitan was an excellent realtor! He is professional, communicative, and honest. He was very reliable and answered all questions , and resolved any conflict, issues in a timely manner. We had some twists and turns with selling our property with no fault of Dan and he still kept a positive , optimistic , professional attitude even when I did not have some positive feelings and due to that type of positive behavior and his experience he helped us sell and close on our house before the 2025 holidays. Clay Roggy at Coldwell Banker is the best! He helped my husband and I buy our first home, sell it years later and buy the home we are in now. He went above and beyond on every transaction we have brought him on to. The marketing on our home to sell was outstanding. Selling my house turned out to be a long-term process. But that had absolutely nothing to do with Bryan!!! This house was sold due to a very ugly divorce and it ended up taking much longer than it should have. Bryan was a true professional throughout the entire time.
