We worked with Desirae from this office on both the purchase and sale of a home. On the buying side, the experience was very smooth. Desirae helped us review comparable homes, handled a lender change, and helped us close on time. That part of the process went really well. The selling experience was much more difficult. There were issues with marketing the home, limited guidance during negotiations, and inconsistent communication during inspections and closing.
