If you value your home and money, do NOT ever use Melissa Mabry as your realtor. She actively sabotaged our chances of selling our house by taking horrible pictures and refusing to replace them with better ones we took ourselves, she refused to to update or pictures with renovations we spent more than $15k on after they were done, told us our house was only worth $165k despite numerous other realtors doing a market analysis and telling us we could get at least $225k, refused to write a good description with buzz words even after we requested several times she just post the one we had written if she didn't want to do it herself, and did not put in any effort or time or person funds into trying to sell the house like realtors are supposed to.
