Terrible property management, they blame the homeowner for everything, don't do repairs, kept $800. if deposit with no reason given even though we insisted on an inspection upon leaving and left the home in better than received condition and have pics to prove it. Dishonest and awful service. I will add details & pics later but save yourself the trouble and rent from someone else. Repairman let us know he hadn't been paid for work done months ago and stopped doing repairs.

They failed to sell my 3 year old house that is in like new condition. I dropped the price multiple times. I was assigned to a brand new agent who quit half way through my contract.The photographer was extremely rushed and the photos were terrible. The agent did nothing to guide him or edit the photos. I did not get the drone photos that were mentioned in my first meeting. I had 3 open houses that were never covered by my actual agents and only had 2 people come through. I also found out that they were illegally advertising a closing cost incentive on the MLS. Save yourself months of stress and wasted mortgage payments and do not use them.

The advertisement is an out and out lie. They say we will get 7 offers from their investment partners. We got 0. Little to no advertising and 1 sign in the yard! On top of that the commission they ask for is ridiculous. We got 0 effort from them. Do not use them!

Amanda was great and went above what would be expected of any realtor to help us out. I would recommend her 100% to anybody who needs a great realtor
