I recently used Dinsmore Associates to sell my lake cottage in Salem, working with Kristie as the lead agent. I would absolutely recommend her (and Dinsmore Associates) to anyone in need of real estate services in the area. She is an expert in managing all stages of the listing/sales process, including handling of unexpected issues as they arise (of which there were many in my case). Kristie was also very responsive and accessible for any questions/concerns/issues, which I especially appreciated as an out-of-state seller. She is very knowledgeable and supportive with a client-first approach and truly went above-and-beyond expectations at every step.
