Not only did he sell our house but was able to do so at a higher price than any other realtor had indicated. Throughout the process Alan was completely transparent and communicative with us in all developments. He went out of his way to help us prepare and present our house. He not only put our house on the market but obtained several tradesmen to do some work on the house before it was put on the market. He recommended tradesmen who were competent, did the work in a timely fashion and charged a reasonable price. If we ever sell or purchase another house, I will hire Alan without any hesitation and would recommend him without any reservations.

Bought a townhouse with Alan around 4 years ago, and I have nothing bad to say about him. VERY knowledgeable and persistent knows what he’s doing.
