It was my first time home buying experience. I found a home and we were under contract(super exciting!). I had never gone through the process and was checking in to make sure I wasn’t missing anything and the realtor replied saying that everything was good. The next day she sent me files to sign and after I did so, we were out of contract because she was supposed to send me the documents the night before when I asked if there was anything that needed to be done. I lost a house and the value of property increase in the crazy Denver market. Most incompetent realtor I’ve ever dealt with and would never go with coldwell ever again. If you don’t have experience in home buying, do not go to them.
