My brother and I inherited my parent’s commercial building in Burlingame, California when my Dad died. At my father's request before he passed away, we rented the building to his long term tenant. Do not give any business to this company when owing you money they Don't respond or make you go through hoops. They rather see you starving and homeless with a baby then reimburse any money owed to you by them or landlord. As well as try to get into personal utility accounts of your for what ever property you lease from them .
