Mary was amazing! We found a house we wanted but were not ready with our house to list yet. The direction she provided along with her strong skills we got amazing photos and video completed and pulled off two open houses in about three weeks, had dozens of showings and we sold within 30 days for a good price. Mary was a strong negotiator on our behalf. She kept us calm and organized with two closings in one day and everything was smooth sailing! She was always available and quick to reply to questions. She is very knowledgeable and her personality is fun and engaging! I highly recommend Mary!
