I wish I could give them zero star just bought a house from them and all the things in the house were cosmetic. In basement the pile hole was open had to spend thousand dollar on it and fix it . Then after few days oil boiler started leaking since it was old and they painted so we can’t notice it. Now I had to spend couple of thousand to fix that problem. This was my first experience buying any home and they made it horrible for me . They even didn’t go down a penny from their side , the garage wasn’t fixed. I wish I had never bought this house from them .
