Hannah is a nice lady but hardly helped me find a home that I liked. I found a home myself and told her about it and of course she got paid off of the home that I found. After all of that, she promised me a gift card and it’s been five months since I closed on the house and still haven’t received it or heard anything else from her! I reached out to her office and said that I was wondering how she was doing and they said she was not in at the time and they will relate a message to her but I still haven’t heard anything from her. So if you use this, Realty company I definitely don’t recommend her. She was referred to me through the mortgage company that I was using.

Laura Durham is fabulous. She was so pleasant, personable, diligent, reliable, and easy to work with. I truly appreciate her hunting houses for us and helping us get our house market ready. This was our first time selling or buying a house and I would not have wanted to work with anyone else. She's so dear to us after working so closely together over the last few months. I seriously HATE being lied to. One of your realtors called me just a bit ago to tell me he couldn't help us on Friday (it's Wednesday now) when we are driving 8 hours to meet him to find our forever home in North Carolina. The excuse was "sorry but I only deal with homes within 50 miles of Rocky Mount" except 3 of the 4 homes we sent to him to go check out were just 36 miles, 38 miles, and 43 miles which are all obviously less than 50 miles from the Coldwell Banker office in Rocky Mount. The 4th home was 73 miles but we would have been perfectly happy settling for seeing the 3 UNDER 50 MILES. Now Coldwell Banker will not get our business all because of lies and being blatantly caught in a lie. We now have less than 48 hours to find a new realtor which makes me LIVID. The likely truth is
