This 1 star is for Todd Lloyd. He’s completely unprofessional and has unrealistic expectations. He talks to people like he’s better than them and treats people like they’re inferior. I’d never do business with him or anyone associated with him.

Elizabeth Bishop went above and beyond to help us find and purchase a house in Cedar City. The only word that even comes close to describing our experience with Elizabeth is . . . Outstanding! Our work/life schedule is hectic at best but Elizabeth went out of her way to accommodate us. She was able to glean from our discussions what we were looking for in house and steered us in the right direction. She embodies the definition of "agent" advising us on good and bad, even when we were getting frustrated and were at the point of just buying something she calmed us down. When the right property came up she was like lightning firing off the offer to the seller's agent on a Sunday night. Thanks for everything Elizabeth Bishop!
