Honestly, this company seemed promising from the start but the moment we signed a lease, things went south. We did move in as is so I understand certain cosmetic things but our unit was in need of new flooring in the bathroom and they started to do it and decided to leave in unfinished with giant holes in our walls. We had repeatedly contacted them about our issues but failed to ever get a response unless we called Zach. In our last month I was charged twice for rent and when we went in to get my money back they decided to take a whole WEEK to get it back to me and the only reason we did get it was because we called and called, went in to get it, etc. Becky was the person in the office who stood out the most to me, as you can see in the reviews, she left a raving review which is a flat out

Awesome company been with them years now. Always very responsive and a variety of rentals. Zack has been incredibly understanding the few times I haven't been able to make it to the office in time for rent cutoff. Fixes around the house have been completed in a timely manner with great communication. Highly recommended.

This company is extremely sketchy. They bought out my old rental company, and I was living in unlivable living conditions for almost 6 months. The construction company ripped out my heater causing a hole in my wall. I contacted CDA Real Estate Investments, and they were extremely rude and unprofessional about the situation. Becky talked to me like I was stupid. I had to call them every week for over a month. When they finally did get back to me, they said that they were going to fix the hole....and raise my rent by $500. Also, there was a door breaking from normal wear and tear that they tried to charge me for. Do not trust them!

We rented a place for my son’s 8th and 12th birthday. Zach an his professional team went above and beyond to make their day special. We added on boat rental (and there were new floats and lake toys still in boxes) that they must have purchased that day for our birthday boys. Staff was friendly, easy to communicate with, and went above and beyond for our stay. I highly recommend this company.

We recently purchased a triplex in Post Falls Id. We live two and a half hours away, so we needed a property management team to supervise some rather extensive repairs and to manage the property after the repairs had been completed. We enlisted Coeur d’ Alene Property Management. We have been really happy with the personal service which they offer, and it is always easy to contact them. They are knowledgable, friendly, and helpful with every potential problem we have had, and they even drove to meet us and deliver a paper to be signed just to simplify the process. The paper we needed to sign had nothing to do with them directly, they just went out of their way to accommodate us and help us make this acquisition easy and trouble-free.
