I’ve been living at Coda on H since 2022, and I can confidently say the transformation of this building under new management has been night and day. When I first moved in, the property was poorly managed. There was a noticeable lack of structure, responsiveness, and care. But ever since UIP took over and Tyrone Harmon became our property manager, everything has changed for the better. From the moment Ty stepped in, the improvements have been constant and meaningful. The building is now well-maintained, organized, and professionally managed. Sabrina the property manager is very professional, kind and has gone above and beyond while applying for this building! The building it self is also clean, nice and beautiful.

This is an amazing place to live! The staff is impeccable and extremely helpful . We relocated from another city and Tyrone went out of his way to make sure we had absolutely everything we needed ! He has such a sprit of EXCELLENCE!! Casey the maintenance man is also excellent . We had a few minor repairs and he came right away to make sure everything was working in tip top shape!!! I moved out on Dec 2 last year and didn’t get the security deposit back and I emailed the property staff about my deposit on Jan 6 and they asked me to provide the new address (this was my first time that I applied for the apartment by myself since I moved to the US and I might not know something and when I returned the key I asked if I need to do anything else but they said I was good to go) I still haven’t gotten the deposit and then I emailed again on February 4 and they said they’ve reach out the accounting department for me. And I emailed again Feb 24 to check how it goes but haven’t gotten any replies and also haven’t gotten the deposit back until now.
