WARNING ⚠️ Please Read Before Considering to Live Here! I had to update my review. As a resident who’s been living here since August 2021, I am absolutely disgusted with this new property management Kettler. I am so sorry that Bozzuto has sold this building to this company. It’s a living nightmare! Please believe every negative review that you read before coming here. Please read the Chase apartment building reviews as well being as though that is our sister building. Both buildings are under Kettler Management. Update March 7, 2025: As you can see from the attached photo, Kettler also likes to charge excessive fees that is completely outrageous. Throughout the years I’ve lived here, I have never paid over $400 for water and sewage fees? This is truly ridiculous. These people are scammer

I have been living here since the summer and the amenities are amazing! If I have a maintenance issue it gets addressed promptly. Everyone is super professional. The building is always clean. The staff is wonderful. Anthony is a new staff member and he fits right in. Every month they have great things to offer like yoga class and events featuring local businesses!

⚠️I don’t even know where to begin with this review. I’m posting to warn other applicants to STAY AWAY from this building as its property manager Isiah Williams is a terrible person.⚠️ For context: my sister and I signed a lease on an apartment over a month ago and were slated to move in 3 weeks time. (My current lease at my current apartment also ends in 3 weeks fyi). Yesterday I receive a phone call from a leasing agent at Coda saying the tenant in the unit we’ve signed the lease for is refusing to move out and so that unit is no longer available to us. Obviously we’re now freaking out because we think we’re only going to have 3 weeks to find somewhere to live. The leasing agent assures me that they can offer us a different unit at the same price as the one we previously signed for. Oka

I’m writing this comment after having gone through the entire process and now living in the building. I started the application process 12 days before the lease start date. At least 9 days went by with no notification about the process. Then, with only 3 days left, I was informed that I had been approved, that one more verification was needed, and I was asked for some documents. As a result, the final approval came on the same day the lease began. This can be inconvenient because, until the last minute, you’re not sure if you’ll actually have a place or not. Also, on that same start date, they asked me for a Pepco account number, which I didn’t have because I was new to the country.
