Coburn Crossing

I lived there for a year - the people that assist on property are nice but watch out - you’ll pay a trash valet fee on top of paying for the city trash, packages have been stolen and they will raise the rent on you every year but offer no Upgrades or justify why they’re raising it. I still haven’t gotten my security deposit back, phone calls don’t get responses and they’ll just stop emailing you. By law, security deposits are to be returned within 21 days. I’m going on months without getting it. They’ll also charge you for painting when you move out, even if you get perfect score on your walk around with maintenance and there’s no damage. I’m very disappointed with my experience living here. The common areas are often dirty and poorly maintained. On top of already high rent, residents are frequently charged extra fees for trash with little explanation. The apartment complex also advertises having a pool, but there is no pool available, which feels misleading and dishonest. Security is a serious issue. If you leave a bike outside, there is a high chance it will get stolen, or your car will get scratched.There are no cameras, and when theft happens, management takes no responsibility. When I reported my stolen bike, the manager told me it was “my problem” and did nothing to help. Overall, management shows very little care or concern for residents’ safety or well-being. Coburn Crossing is a great place to live! Unmatched location. Beautifully kept grounds. Updated and clean apartment units. The property manager Max is amazing to work with. Very professional and communicative. When deciding to upgrade my unit she took the time to walk me through all of the options. I appreciated it greatly.

I absolutely love living here! I have been here a couple years now, Max the manager is especially amazing, very kind and helpful, friendly and kind attitude. She has helped me through multiple issues and gotten them resolved in a timely manner and that is very much appreciated on my end :) They have a great dog park that is well kept. The property is beautiful, yes it can be expensive but hey, we live in one of the most beautiful places, it's expensive everywhere here. Jay always is happy and my dog loves the both of them, I could not be happier living here.

I am literally SO THRILLED with Coburn and Max! I moved from Los Angeles without having seen the apartment, just trusting it since I was having such a hard time finding a place in Tahoe. It's SO NICE. It was built only four years ago; the neighbors are super nice. It's VERY dog-friendly, and there's a little "bark park." The amenities are SO NICE! In-unit washer dryer and dishwasher, which are really quality appliances. LOTS of storage, which is great. And I've had SUCH great experiences with Max, she's been so responsive and over the top kind and thoughtful - bringing packages that were mis-sent, and following up to make sure my move was going well.
