For starters , I am not a person to ever leave a review, but I had to leave one because of the excellent service I received from Jaylen! I came across a video of Jaylen showcasing the property & loved everything about what she listed. I was skeptical at first because the pricing seemed too good to be true, but everything was legit! Jaylen was SO amazing during my entire process. She emailed me back so fast the entire time - I almost felt like we were texting lol. She’s super personable & such a sweet person inside and out. Aside from our email communications - meeting her in person was even better. I had a great experience working Jaylen during my move-in process two months ago. From start to finish, she was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. She made the leasing process smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions promptly and keeping me informed every step of the way. Move-in day went without a hitch, and everything was ready as promised. I’m really happy in my new place, and a big part of that is thanks to her excellent service. Highly recommend!

I have been a resident for the past year and a half and I can honestly say I’m seeing the changes the new managers are making. The landscaping is looking a lot better & they recently just fixed on the gutters. There have been ups and downs with my experience here, but the past 3 months have been the best with the new managers Cynthia and Jaylen. Very nice and understanding people. Will update my review in a few more months.

I was recommended by a friend to come here and lease with Jaylen and I’m so glad I did! I was approved within a day and I move in next week 😊😊😊 The apartment was nice and the complex seems pretty quiet and chill so I’m excited to move in
