I took time before giving a review and waited three months to share my honest experience. I’ve been living in Cobblestone Village for about three months now, and I’m very satisfied. Before moving in, I saw a lot of negative reviews, but I still decided to take the chance. After living here, I haven’t experienced any issue. Saleina was a big help throughout the process. I visited a few times before moving in, and she always answered my questions and gave me all the information I needed. Even after submitting my application, I requested a different apartment, and she arranged it for me without any trouble. The community is calm, clean, economical, and comfortable. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend living here.
I see a lot of bad reviews but I have actually had a very positive experience here. I moved in about 5 months ago, leasing staff was very responsive through our the move in process. There were some issues with their system not allowing me to make all my move in payments, they responded promptly to each email I had about my payments and allowed me to pay in office instead. I have a 3 bedroom apartment and it is so spacious. The cabinets are a bit dated, but the space more than makes up for it. Ive put in 4 work orders for random things and maintenance was at my apartment the next day for each. The trash piles up, but at no fault of the property, its the residents!!! The grounds keeper is always out cleaning up trash that the residents create (and ironically complain about). It will pile
Moving to cobblestone was the biggest mistake. When me and my boyfriend were moving in, Ali from the front desk waited until the DAY we were supposed to move in to tell us we were going to be pushed back a week. I was living in Myrtle beach at the time- 2 hours away. Communication here is terrible! They will try to make it seem like this is such an amazing place at first, but MAN you’re in for it! Another thing that was SO frustrating, is the sprinkler room was directly outside of our apartment and it was broken for MONTHS. I sent videos, called the office, emailed them- yet nothing was ever fixed. It was a constant alarm/beeping noise for MONTHS. I felt as if I was going insane, and they couldn’t care less. Thankfully we are moving, and did not renew our lease here. Editing my post, Trash
Living in this complex is the worst. Emails and phone calls are never answered. In addition to not taking the initiative to spray outside the complex, the A/C never works. The facility is known to my pals as "infest land." You need to contact them to have your apartment sprayed, but they don't reply, so don't expect it to happen. Out of their two female maintenance workers, the black one is the worst! She constantly acts rudely and shows how much she despises her job—in addition to the fact that she isn't competent to perform it in the first place. When you go inside to talk to them, Jasmine frequently looks like a headlight-blinded deer whenever you ask her a question. In rain, sleet, or snow, they have a man with a mental disability come in at five in the morning to pick up their filthy
Poor Communication Skills. My GF and I are both on the lease, yet they were only ever in contact with her about forms I was supposed to fill out. I would fill out said forms and they would ask my GF if I filled them out or not after I would email them back with the forms complete. They also informed us the DAY BEFORE our move in date, that it would be pushed back a few days, but never specified how many days until I asked them in person. Edit #1 (8-02-25) Don't let the gates confuse you, this is not a gated community. A/C breaks all the time, trash piles up at the entrance of the complex all the time. The so called "gym" is horrible.
