Cobblestone Square Apartments

I like JJS property management. They are one of the best, most professional, helpful apartment companies in town. And this particular complex is very nice. Well kept, regular cleaning of entrances and hallways. Secured entrance. Washer/Dryer in unit, plus coin laundry if needed in building. Outdoor pool. Plenty of space outside for kids to run around and friends to come over for a grillout. Maintenance is quick and well done. Close to SCSU, but not a typical student housing area. Out of town enough to be quiet. Close enough to downtown St Cloud for easy access to everything. Four minutes off I-94. All in all one of the best apartments for the going rate in St Cloud.

A great place to live. Staff is easy to get ahold of, the pool is lovely, and you can't beat the space. Quieter neighborhood, also (for st cloud)

Quite, un-hecktic parking, common areas and relatively newer apartments but, parking for quests is damn near impossible

Lived there a few years ago absolutely loved it!
