Cobblestone at Essen

I truly enjoyed my time living at this apartment complex. The women who work in the office were absolutely wonderful — always kind, helpful, and welcoming. They really made the place feel like home and made my experience so comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and I always felt safe living here. The location is right next to the hospital, which may matter to some people, but it never bothered me. If anything, it gave me a sense of extra security. Overall, it’s a nice, comfortable place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, well-maintained community with great staff.

I toured recently and while I have not decided if I want to move here or not because I am still touring and looking around, I will say if I DO decide to move here, Sheena is a big part of the reason why. She did a great job of making me feel at home. Of all the places I toured, she has the best attitude and manner. She went above and beyond for my mom and I and just based off that, I probably will be applying. I have no doubt that if I choose to be a resident then working with her will my experience so much better.

This is the absolute best apartment I have lived at. Sheena and Charlotte at the front desk made the move-process as simple as it could be. They are transparent, great communicators, and take amazing care of their tenants. The property was always well maintained and the both swimming pools are great. We loved every second of our time here. I highly recommend making this place your home.

Sheena was the sweetest from day 1 in 2022 til i left. Mrs. Charlotte clearly just cares about her community and i appreciate it. She has made all steps since 2022 to make this property a great place to live. Management here between Mrs. Charlotte and Sheena is in great hands 2026 and beyond. Really great apartments I been living over here for 3 years and 6 months now. Never had a roach problem or any issues in my unit. Maybe i just so happened to luck out and get the two best units since I been over here. But either way dont let these ratings fool you when i first moved over here the ratings were at 3.9 before the renovations. But I mean they have a silver refrigerators, built in microwaves, granite countertops, backsplash kitchen walls, built in mini islanders to the counters now so it’s going to attract the wrong type of residents who lives with 3 to 4 people but still cant afford to pay the rent 😟. Then they just leave a bad rating out of spite when it’s time to leave or if they get evicted. But they are still currently upgrading to make it a better place for us so that is
