If there is anything I have to say about this complex, do not live here. Management is never there for you I had a two bedroom. I asked Rosa for one bedroom before my lease was up and she kept telling me hold on hold on hold on. My lease came up into December 10 and there was no one bedroom so I had no choice to move out They hit my credit with over $5000 in damages back rent and all the little utilities Mind you there were no damages ever in any apartment complex I’ve ever Lived in. They are the worst people I’ve ever dealt with DON’T MOVE HERE THEY WILL STAB YOU IN THE BACK THE BACK RENT WAS BECAUSE I DIDN’T GIVE A 60 DAYS NOTICE BECAUSE ROSA KEPT TELLING ME TO HANG ON TO FIND ME A ONE BEDROOM BECAUSE I HAD A TWO BEDROOM AND MY DAUGHTER MOVED OUT On a better note, I got an apartm

If it was possible to leave a zero star review, believe me I would. Had a couple of friends renting out from this complex. Needless to say their experience was the worst renting experience they have ever had. Attached are photos of repairs both before, during, and “after”. If you’re considering renting from this complex, please reconsider. There are a countless number of structural issues, appliance issues, subfloor issues, and not to mention all the black mold that is extremely hazardous to health. If this is your only option for a roof over your head, just don’t complain about anything or they will fabricate a story with no evidence to force you to vacate the premises. This is probably the worst place you could live in Tomball. They had no maintenance for at least six months we put in maybe four maintenance request throughout a span of six months and they’ll never ever came so if you love paying $1000 for an apartment with no maintenance come live here. Also, the pool was broken for at least two months out of the summer so also if you love, not being able to swim in the apartments you live in do not live here. Also, the office ladies are very nasty and rude attitudes. Please guys give your money to someone who actually cares. This place is like robbery. And if you back in, they will tow your car for a little extra cash. This is a horrible place. They’re scamming people with a parking. I’m a single mom. I came to visit. My sister and I parked in the visitor parking lot and they still tow my car and I did not know. Did you have to register your car in the office, which didn’t make any sense when the office was closed, it was no visual sign saying to register my car. This place is ripping people off and I want them to know that and I’m getting my local news on these people.
