Painting is incomplete. Inadequate laundry and parking facilities. Security lighting doesn't work half of the time and no security surveillance. Renovation included vinyl flooring which was carpet. This allows serious noise transfer to apartments below. The 5 star rating was from the owner, not a tenant!! One plus is that he did have a dumpster placed on both sides of the complex. New cabinets and appliances are a plus as well.

Cesspool apartments. If you are desperate this is a good place to stay. But don't expect much. Once you move out, you cannot forward mail from this address since the owner set it up as a commercial instead of residential address and the Glynn county post office staff cannot seem to hold mail nor do anything else to justify the high salaries they make. So a manager or maintenance guy grab the mail from the main box and distribute it to the individual mail boxes. Sometimes. Most of the time everyone just goes to the main box and flips through a hundred pieces of mail to find their own mail. So no privacy either. Paper thin walls and floors ensure you hear every footstep upstairs and every whisper next door. Caveat emptor.

They want $1200 but I work a 10 hour shift and have no where to park literally every spot will be taken. What am I suppose to do if I have no where to park at 11 pm at night and I'm tired? Psst

Nice location in Brunswick, but the town isn’t the place for me. Neighbors are a bit odd but management and maintenance are nice 🙂

Older community but they are improving it and making it a nice place. Good value for singles
