Love Love Love our new home in Coastal Club!!!! This is our 2nd Chesapeake home and we are thrilled with the house and Neighborhood. Our neighbors are wonderful and Greg and Sandy in the sales office are top notch. They are part of the neighborhood family and we couldn’t be happier!
Horrible builder who also won't take care of any issues that you don't see during your walk-in. I have a wall and door trim that was never painted, and cabinet stain on a wall and they will not paint because I didn't see it on my walk-thru! Can you imagine! Clearly this isn't something I caused. They didn't finish their job! Be aware!
So excited to see this beautiful community take shape!! Love all the trees and green space. Beautiful built homes, and great customer service.
