Coastal Club Apartments

Maintenance has been great! The past month things have changed for the good. The maintenance supervisor James was great. He was very caring about our needs and provided great service. He apologized about past service we have had with maintenance and ensured his dedication to fixing the issues we had in our unit. The office staff has been great! The property manager has been a delight and is always smiles when we walk in the office. I know the reviews hasn't always been great, but I will say this they have turned this place around and has made it feel more and more like home.

I’ve been living at Coastal Club for a while now, and it’s clear that things are really turning around under the new management. There may have been some issues in the past, but the current office staff and maintenance team are working tirelessly to make positive changes and improve the overall living experience. You can really tell they care about the residents and the community. The property looks better every day, maintenance requests are handled much faster, and the resident activities have been fun, engaging, and a great way to meet neighbors. It’s refreshing to see such dedication and effort from the new team. I’m genuinely optimistic about where things are headed—Coastal Club is becoming a great place to call home again

The maintenance team is awesome James and his team really are working hard to get this place right. I put in a work order and James showed up right away to fix the issue I was having with my dryer he was very knowledgeable and had a great attitude. The office staff has been great! I would recommend now that this new team is here. 5 stars!

I have lived here for two months, I love the area, the property and the apartments are beautiful. However, maintenance is so hard to get in your unit. They wait forever to fix any issue that occurs like leaking ac units. They are polite however it feels like you aren’t taken seriously when you have a request. I had to keep a bucket to catch water in my living room and bedroom for longer than what was acceptable. The walkways to the apartments are pressure washed what seems like monthly but not well, they are still very nasty after they wash them. The dog park has holes for small dogs to fit through, no latch on the gate to keep it closed, the lining of the wood chips are coming up through the ground everywhere in the dog park. My daughter rents here and it is disgusting how her complaints fall on deaf ears. Repeatedly she is told they are understaffed for maintenance. If true, then figure it out! I have been in the office on multiple occasions to see maintenance just sitting there. If you are understaffed, that is a YOU problem, not anyone that is paying their rent on time. This is becoming a health issue and I have ZERO problem contacting the health department if issues are not fixed! She pays for trash pick up yet trash was repeatedly left , not picked up, and drained all over the hallway outside her and other unit’s doors. This is an attractant for roaches, flies , and other pests. It stinks and is a health violation. Her ac unit leaks and now black mold appears to be growing. This falls on deaf ears of tho
