Coast Property Management

We utilized Coast Property Management for our rental property for many years. We just recently decided to sell it or we would still be using them as our property management company. Debbie and her team were very accessible to answer any questions, prompt with any feedback, and made it so our rental property was something we didn’t have to worry or stress about. Any issue that arose with the property was handled in a timely manner and professionally. I know that our renters were extremely happy as well when dealing with Debbie and her team. Again, without hesitation we would recommend and use Coast Property Management again.

Signing with Coast Property Management and handing over the management of our San Clemente apartment building was the best decision we could have made. It was a difficult one because we’ve owned and managed the building ourselves for almost 30 years and promptly seeing to our tenants needs has always been our number one priority so it was important to find a company that would give it the same care and attention and Coast Property Management is definitely that company. They are local, family-owned with years of experience in property management. Nancy takes care of the financials, issuing easy-to-understand monthly statements with full back-up for any expenses paid. Debbie is the interface between tenants and owners and is both professional, friendly, efficient and inspires confidence.

This is the most unprofessional management company I have ever came across. We applied for a rental sent every form of identification everything they needed and we never got a response back. “Prince” wouldn’t take my call anymore it would go to a machine and until my boyfriend called from his number to get an update “prince” stated he’ll give him a call back before the end of day with an update and he never did. A courtesy call stating we weren’t approved could’ve been appreciated, aside from not even getting to the step of paying for the credit check. Now they have ahold of all of our disclosed information for no reason.

I was a tenant with Coast Property Management for over 5 years and hands-down this is the best property management company in San Clemente. I've dealt with several other companies in the area that were shady and deceptive. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to rent to talk with Debbie down at Coast Property.
