Coachman's Landing Apartments

I had a lot of maintenance issues, both bathrooms sinks were leaking but now fixed. The front door you could see the outside. No new carpet but was advised that the carpet was shampoo, but it doesn't look like it.

I’ve lived here for almost 20 years so obviously I like it here. There are some minor maintenance issues like my gutters are clogged and every time it rains heavily my front porch gets covered in mulch. I would like to get some new flooring at some point and new appliances since I’ve been here so long those are the only things that have not been replaced yet. It’s a nice place to live and thus far I’ve been pretty blessed with decent neighbors. There has been a recent issue with not getting any mail for about 2 weeks. I spoke with the post office and they stated that it because the mail box needs to be fixed or replaced. I did bring it to some ones attention at the service desk and she said she would look into it. That’s it thanks for listening hope I can get some if not all my issue

Been living here since 2014, 11yrs. This neighborhood is peaceful and i never had any issues with neighbors. Only complaint i have is my appliances are very old as well as the carpet and cabinets. I know some of the units have been upgraded to wood flooring and better appliances so i don’t understand why EVERY unit hasn’t been upgraded yet, being as though the rent goes up around here every year. I went from paying $1,300 in 2014 to over $2,000 now. So i would appreciate new flooring, appliances and cabinets. Other than that i like this neighborhood.

I never requested a ticket. All I know was, I wasn’t receiving my mail, and had to get it from the mail distribution center. They informed me that my mail had been stopped. The whole mailbox has been stopped. I never received any notification. One day the Mailbox was there, the next it was not. Then after about 2 days after the new mailbox was installed, a technician came to drop off the key without any notification again.

I only lived here for about 10 months (had to move for military), but this place really rocked! Super quiet community, easy parking, no thin walls, plenty of walking paths around and super good landscaping to just name a few pros. Would recommend and I would stay here again if given the opportunity.
