Coachlight of Lubbock

I absolutely love living Coachlight! The management team, and maintenance (Kevin) are always so eager to help, and so fast to get the issue solved. If I have a problem, it is fixed right the first time, not just a bandage put on top and call it brand new. I highly recommend living here, it is the best experience I have ever had with an apartment complex, and I have had several. thank you Coachlight management for making my stay comfortable!

These Apartments are by far the best I’ve ever lived in out of the three previous apartments. Not only are the staff extremely nice and professional, but the property is very well maintained. There were no pest issues at all. The pricing is also very affordable. I would give these apartments more stars if I could.

Worst apartment I have ever been. Never received a copy of my contract. Neighbors were all loud no respect for others. Everything kept breaking down. Sinks were always clogged plus shower. Heater never worked for a whole year I was there.

Love to live here! Very quiet and peaceful. Friendly stuff and neighbors! May be some of the amenities need to be updated like floor plans, laundry rooms. But great place to live with affordable rent!!

Amazing complex! I wish we could’ve stayed longer than we did but had to move out of state. Look no further than Coachlight! Amazingly low rent for such a nice part of town and nice units.
