Edit: They’ve known about my broken dishwasher for 8 weeks now, they’ll ask me to be there so they can come and “fix”, but no one shows. 4 no call/no shows now. They finally fixed the 10 year expired smoke detectors. Countless calls and emails have gone unanswered since they didn’t show up 2 days ago. I’m now reporting to Florida Real Estate Commission today. Awful, nothing good to say about anyone here and how they conduct business. Steer VERY clear from them, I wish I had… it’s taken over a month to get someone out just to replace the smoke detectors that are VERY expired as well as other repairs

I am currently stuck as a Tenant having to deal with this company. If this is the company managing the property you intend to rent, LOOK THE OTHER WAY! So far about 5 months into our lease, I had to pay double the electric bill for at least 2.5 months because they refused to change the AC unit's condenser (which had been determined was consuming double the amount of Amperes, mind you this was even confirmed by their own staff when they came to check and still it took them over a month to change it from that point). We have lost food because the refrigerator in the unit stopped working, it was replaced, and the new one stopped working as well.
