The first time I used Mark McGarry he forgot to include the HOA into my monthly mortgage to qualify for the loan and I was denied after paying for inspections. Forgot about HOA here in Vegas. The 2nd time everything fell through AGAIN and he tried to fight against me so I wouldn't get my Ernest $$ back. I was right and got it back because legally they didn't do their job correctly and he actually accused my highly regarded lender of creating false documents to get me out of a loan that I was disqualified for due to debt to income ratio. Scum, don't trust this swindler. Check his Yelp reviews too.

Andrew Leavitt is AMAZING!! He was able to close our loan with the Home Is Possible Grant in 28 days! That is unheard of. He was professional, quick, attentive, and notified us of everything that was going on. He was with us every step of the way! I am truly thankful for all he did to help us get into our first home. I couldn't imagine a better person to have as our loan officer.

Andrew and his team are absolutely amazing! While I was away for training, my wife was stressed to the max; but Andrew reassured her that everything would work out and not to worry. I’m so happy we went with CMG and I let everyone know that their amazing! He pulled some strings with the VA also to get my information with them fixed, Andrew is truely the best!

DO NOT USE! They make it impossible to get PMI removed and to help with anything regarding your loan. I have been trying for months to get a recast and my PMI removed and they keep making me jump through so many hoops and sending letter via mail even though they have my entire account and profile online. Once they get your business and are stuck having to use them, they become rude on the phone and unwilling to help you in anyway. I believe the only reason my realtor wanted my to use them is because of the kickback she received. Because otherwise I can not see why anyone would use this company.
