Our community just hired CMC and we couldn’t be more happier. The office staff is great. Cindy is attentive and friendly. Gabriel, our property manager is also attentive, hard working, friendly , and really has a genuine approach towards helping our community thrive. Great research and credit to our HOA for finding this company 😊

After we found out that our management company switched to CMC, we visited their office. The front desk staff were very professional and answered all of our questions in detail. We left very pleased with the customer service and look forward to continuing a positive business relationship in the future.

I had an extremely negative and frustrating experience with Century Management Consultants (CMC), and I would strongly caution any homeowner or association from working with them. CMC assessed a late fee against my account without ever sending me an invoice, billing notice, or payment reminder by mail or email. I was never notified that a payment was due, yet I was still charged a late fee. When I asked for proof that a bill or notice had been sent, none was provided. Instead of addressing the lack of notice, CMC repeatedly changed their reasoning, blamed me for circumstances unrelated to billing, and relied on technicalities such as the fee appearing on an estoppel at closing. Being forced to pay a disputed charge at closing does not make it proper, especially when no prior notice was

I am extremely disappointed with the management . My mother resides at Lucerne Pointe, and the ongoing elevator problems are very concerning. The elevator is frequently out of service, and there does not appear to be a permanent solution in place. In a 55+ community, this is a serious issue. Many residents, including my mother, have mobility limitations and cannot safely climb six flights of stairs every time they need to leave their home. Because of this, my mother has avoided going out, even for essential errands like grocery shopping. This directly affects her independence and quality of life.
