Lived at this apartment about 3 or 4 years ago positives are it is relatively quiet and the rooms are spacious. Drawbacks are it is pricey and the rent does go up significantly each year so be prepared for that. Also read the lease document very very carefully and I mean that. They will find every and any way not to return your full security deposit back. They will probably state something along the lines of your carpet was a mess or the apartment was not clean enough as a reason to withhold some money back. Make sure you only use a certified carpet cleaner as they’ll claim a professional carpet cleaner from rented from Lowe’s does not cut it. Also the laundry is coin operated, however half of the time the machines are stuck, Ned emptying and you may end up wasting $1.50 on a load only for

All these reviews are old. Let me give you a current review. The management is whacked. Was going to rent and so glad I did not! Read the lease very carefully and if you have questions you can try to get them answered but she will go off on you. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, and it’s funny but this was back in June and the apartment is still not rented! She was as so awful that I don’t even want to rent anymore, I’ll be buying my next place. 👍

This apartment complex is fantastic! Apartments are beautiful and bright! Exterior grounds clearly well maintained, dishwasher, clean basements with washer and dryer hookups and storage area available. Hallways and stairwells cleaned every week and painted regularly. Quiet residents and parking lot plowed promptly. Manager responds immediately to any questions and attends to concerns quickly. Would highly recommend!

This is a GREAT place to live! The management is very responsive, polite and professional. I only had one minor maintenance issue that was rectified within 24 hours. The building is very safe and the neighbors were all great. Two apartments share a large basement with washer/dryer hook ups and locking storage areas. My apartment was perfect for me—nice to have a dishwasher, too. There is always plenty of parking. The location is wonderful— walking distance to Village of Williamsville, Tops grocery store, Walgreens, Panera’s, McDonald’s, historic train station, playground and Lehigh bike/walking trail, etc. I was very happy there and disappointed when personal circumstances required me to move—I would still be there is I could.

While I was a co signer for this apartment for my son and on the lease as well, and was involved in everything and was there a quite a bit ,and while this apartment complex is pretty quiet ( except for the very thin walls) & the other tenants are nice, friendly & quiet, I wouldn't recommend this place. It's very over priced. For $1200 a month the place is pretty old, run down, and has no air conditioning, no laundry hook ups ( unless you pay $35a month extra). I thought well I'll just put a window air cond in. Well I didn't realize the windows arent dbl hung windows, they are the vertical sliding type so a window unit will not fit properly. & the space between the top of the unit & to the top of the window? You need to put something up so it's covered so bugs and rain don't get in , all t
