I rented a house from CM Property Management for 4 years. Although the home was well maintained when we moved in, there was a maintenance issue that needed attention from time to time. CM Property Management was always quick to respond when we needed them. We could feel that our Property Manager, Teri really cared about our satisfaction with the home and our comfort. The service technicians they sent out were professional and took care of Maintenance issues quickly. Recently, we had to leave the area for a job opportunity. Our property manager was very thorough with explaining how we could get the maximum amount of our deposit back. We left the place in good condition and we got all of our deposit back minus professional cleaning cost just like she said! I would recommend renting from CM P

I have worked with many property managers in multiple states and have never experienced a company so unprofessional and outright dishonest. After the tenant leaves, they will not return the security deposit to the tenant. When the tenant asks for the security deposit they will tell them it’s with the property owner. In our case the tenant filed a lawsuit for their deposit and the judge will put the responsibility back on the owner to pay the deposit plus a hefty fine. Sam will take deposits keep them for himself, let the lawsuits happen knowing that the owner is liable. If you are an owner looking for a property manager look elsewhere

We have worked with CMPM, Inc for approximately ten years overall and with Property Manager, Teri for the last several years. We struck gold with Teri! She is a pleasure to work with, is always professional, maintains our property records accurately and offers sound advice as to the rental market. During our most recent vacancy she worked with us to suggest what updates we could make and assisted in providing a list of trusted professionals to help us get the home to the rental market in a timely manner. She advertised our vacancy across numerous websites and was always available to prospective tenants for showings and had our property rented in a short amount of time. I can't say enough good things about Teri and the CM Property Management team.
