This is one of the best apartment complexes I have ever lived at! The view from my unit is beautiful! I watch the sunset every night from the luxury of my own home. When I moved in, there was a thoughtful gift basket in the kitchen waiting for me, which was such a nice touch. I had never been given a welcome gift at any other apartment before. I rented a studio apartment, and the layout is very well thought out. Even though it's a studio, I have a large hallway, a good size kitchen with full size appliances, a dishwasher, a decent size bathroom, a big walk-in closet and a large utility closet, big enough for a vacuum cleaner, coats, storage boxes, etc. There's room for more storage in the water heater closet outside on my patio. Overall, this property has proven to be an excellent place to live, offering both comfort and convenience. One of the standout advantages is its location. The bus stand is just a 5-minute walk away, making daily commuting very easy. Additionally, essential services and stores are nearby—Target is within walking distance, and Wells Fargo Bank is also close, which adds to the convenience of living here. The facility includes a well-maintained swimming pool and a fully equipped gym, both of which are easily accessible to residents and contribute to a healthy and active lifestyle. I love this place! It’s super quiet and in a great location. I can walk to Target, Ross, JBox, and there’s delicious Cuban and Mexican food nearby. There’s also a car wash, an elementary school, a park, and a daycare close by. The bus stop is within walking distance, and my car has a covered parking space. The apartment came with a fridge, stove, washer, and dryer—all in great condition. Communication with management has been excellent. My Amazon packages are always left safely at my door, even if they arrive early, and the front desk will also hold them if needed. I moved here after a really bad experience with another apartment complex, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision.

I love living here! It's very peaceful and quiet. I have lived here for 2 years, and have never seen a cockroach or any bug! I also have the pest control person come in every month. Maintenence always answers my work order quickly. Patty and the rest of management are very nice and professional. The floors are also nice! Better than any apartment around here! The appliances all work. There are never any leaks, and if there was they would answer quickly. They do respond to emergencies even on Sunday. Thank you Club Valencia!
