Sometimes you know exactly what you’re looking for, and sometimes you don’t even realize it exists—until you find it. That’s exactly how I feel about Club River Run Apartment Homes here in San Diego. My apartment is exactly what I wanted: all hardwood floors, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, upgraded appliances, a patio, and extra outdoor storage. It honestly started off as a win from day one. What truly sets this community apart, though, is the people. Brenda Vega, the Leasing & Marketing Manager, is absolutely fabulous. She was incredibly positive, knowledgeable, and helpful during our tour, clearly explaining all the options. Even after moving in, she remains accessible and responsive, which I genuinely appreciate. My experience living at Club River Run was a little rocky at beginning with a few issues and I was considering another property though I must say due to Jose Soto, Leslie Giroux, Brenda and rest of team in office as well as Omar and his maintenance crew I decided to stay. Overall office team along with maintenance crew have catered to me unlike any other properties would do so I am here to stay. Don't be fooled by other newer or more luxurious properties with hidden additional fees and POOR office staff that just want you to sign agreement and when time comes to address a problem or situation your put on the back burner and good luck with other properties maintenance addressing any problems in your apartment. I've been a happy resident at Club River Run Apartments for over 10 years, and I can honestly say this is one of the best communities I've ever lived in! From day one, the entire staff has been incredibly friendly, professional, and truly cares about the residents. A huge shout-out to Brenda in the leasing office — she is an absolute gem! Always warm, knowledgeable, and quick to help with any questions or needs. She makes the whole experience feel personal and welcoming. The maintenance team is hands-down fantastic. We spent 3 years at Club River Run leaving only because of job relocation. We found the Club River Run team to be friendly and responsive in all of our interactions. We especially loved the amenities and proximity to everything San Diego has to offer. The apartment was well maintained and updated. If we were going back to San Diego we wouldn’t hesitate to return to Club River Run.

These apartments are great! The staff is always so warm and welcoming, and they truly care about the residents. Jose the community director was super helpful and understanding when it came to personal issues and would do his best to find a solution. Brenda was also very helpful as she was always quick to find an answer or a solution. The amenities here are also 5 star! The pool and spa are always clean. The gym has both indoor and outdoor amenities were always clean. Love this place!
