Club Lake Pointe Apartments

Finally I found a place to call home! I am in a two bedroom/two bath unit and the kitchen is gorgeous! The rooms have ample space and my unit when I moved in was spotless! But the best part about my experience is my interaction with the staff, especially Leasing Consulant Stephanie Allan. I am very peculiar about where I live, and Stephanie took the time to show me several vacant units on several visits for me to measure, take pictures, ask questions, etc. she remembered me by name and was courteous and polite each time I visited the office. The on-site maintenance man Will deserves a shout out for helping with some minor issues in my unit. The place is kept clean and maintained. I am truly a happy camper!

Stephanie has been amazing from start to finish. She found me a beautiful apartment with a really nice view, and she’s been so kind, organized, and genuinely sweet throughout the entire process. During my walkthrough, she took note of every issue I found and even took pictures herself. As soon as she got back to the office, she put in all the work orders, and the important things (to me) were handled that same day and even over the weekend. She’s truly on top of everything and cares about her residents. As for the complex itself, I love it here.. the amenities are great, my neighbors are super nice, and both the staff and residents have been really helpful. It’s a beautiful, quiet area, and I already feel at home.

The maintenance team is great! Will always does an awesome job, quick and efficient. Even our little dog who is grumpy & doesn’t like many people loves Will.

I want to express my appreciation to you, Jonathan, your AMAZING staff (Paul, Steph, Tatiana, William, and Bengi), for your EXCELLENCE in service. All of you made living here an enjoyable experience, and for that, I'm grateful. You all will be greatly missed. Please know, this is not a goodbye; it's a see you later. Thanks again! 💞

I want to point out how much of an amazing job William from maintenance fixes any issues i have in my apartment. He is always friendly and makes sure my concerns are addressed and corrected before completing the ticket request.
