Clover Ridge East Apartments

It's a nice complex with responsive management. The parking lot and sidewalks are consistently salted and paved. Work orders are handled quickly - I think the longest I waited for a work order to get completed was 3/4 days. The walls are thick so I don't hear neighbors much at all. As long as the management stays the same or keeps the same mentality, I dont think I'll have issues.

I recently toured Clover Ridge East Apartments while considering it as a potential place to live, but after visiting the property, I decided not to move forward. During my visit, the grounds appeared poorly maintained. There was visible trash throughout the property, multiple areas with dog waste left on the grass, and several vehicles on-site that appeared abandoned or inoperable. These conditions raised concerns about overall property upkeep and management standards. First impressions are important when choosing a place to live, and unfortunately, the condition of the property did not meet reasonable expectations for cleanliness or care. Clover Ridge East is a wonderful community to live! It is so beautiful all the seasons and everyone here is so nice. Every time when you talk to leasing office ladies or need help from the maintenance team, they are always there for the supports. I enjoy every day staying here and feel as warm as home. Highly recommended!

After six years of living in this complex, our lease is up in just a couple of months and we will not be resigning, and here is why. When we moved in here, there was an excellent manager by the name of Michelle. Michelle had been on property for over 20 years and this was her baby. You seen her out on property every single day walking the property making sure that cars that were parked in the parking lot had a parking sticker in there. Vehicle vehicles were registered and were not in-operatable. She was out on property, ensuring that this was a smoke-free property like it is supposed to be. She made sure that the lawn care company had our property looking in tiptop shape. I was very proud to call this place home as it was extremely clean and was ran like a tight ship. Clover Ridge is a beautiful and welcoming community! I love that they are pet friendly (they even give our dog treats when we visit) and have the kindest office staff. Clover Ridge is a clean and well maintained community with a beautiful pool, exercise room, and common area (with a fireplace and pool table). The maintenance guys are wonderful and very responsive to any requests that are submitted. It is so nice having our own in unit washer and dryer.
