Since 2025, there have been numerous management changes—including both office staff and maintenance—and unfortunately, things have only gone downhill. Dealing with the front office has become frustrating. Any time I raise a concern, the front desk receptionist either brushes it off or gives a half-hearted attempt to help. At one point, she nearly misplaced my lease documents, and only after we pointed out errors in their system did she even begin to address the issue. If you need something done here, be prepared to not only do it yourself, but also double-check their work—because they certainly won’t. Maintenance has also significantly declined. Set up an appointment to tour the apartment today and after waiting for a half an hour with multiple phone calls and ringing the door bell 3 different times in the negative temps. Someone finally answered the door, told us no one had written down our appointment and they had set the alarms, so we would need to call a different day and set up another tour appointments. It’s just a little upsetting with our drive times and knowing someone ignored our calls and the doorbell ringing and was ok with us waiting outside in negative temps. I also reached out previously to set up an appointment via their website, and never received any response.

To our family, Arrowhead gets a 5-star rating; it's been a really enjoyable living experience for us since late 2018. Location is INSANE. Right between Lake Cook Rd. & Dundee. EASY access to 53. Woodfield Mall & Deer Park SUPER accessible. Walmart is RIGHT across the intersection of Baldwin/Dundee. FABULOUS Mexican restaurant 1/2 mile away (<3 Los Arcos) Without construction/traffic, it's 35 min. into the city. Easy access to O'Hare. We are SPOILED. You will LOVE the area. Don't pay attention to the other bitter reviews. This place is AMAZING and we're sad to leave but new greener pastures have opened up to us. We moved in late 2018 and were allowed to custom paint- this INSTANTLY made our place feel "home-ier" - HUGE plus! We also scored very elusive in-unit washer/dryer. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

Run away as fast as you can. Problems to numerous to list. Pond is toxic kills birds etc, nasty place very poorly managed. Nothing ever fixed. Lived there 2 years of hell. Moved out in August 1st and have not received my security deposit back and all they have are excuses. These people can't even comply with illinois law and are beyond 45 days. Total scam artists not legitimate and should not be in business period. They literally stole my security deposit of 1 months rent.

We lived there for 1 year. We moved in June 15 2024. We tried several times to get them to fix things in our apartment as soon as we moved in. They didn’t get fixed till a month before we moved. They would always tell us “ what we wanted to hear”. They made my autistic son leave the apartment so they could fix what needed to be fixed. I was a sleep in my bed one morning. Home alone. And the maintenance man came in my room without knocking… When we tried to get our deposit back we had nothing but issues and attitude. If I could I would give them a 0 star I would. One of the problems we had was the whole apartment building is settling in the ceiling in the wall is literally coming apart what they did to fix it was pain over it so we couldn’t tell that it was coming apart. DO NOT RECOMMEND
