Cloister Gardens

We been here almost 2 years yes we had a snow storm the parking lots are horrible we dig our cars and and they come thru and plow our cars back in. They pile the snow on the curb so we have to climb over it to get to our cars. My wife is a first responder for Wellspan I cleaned her car off and around it last night she goes to leave this morning and her whole front of her car was plowed in with snow. Then today trying to clean my pickup off the ice is so bad I sloped and fell hit the back of my head snd hurt my back my neighbor came and helped me up . I understand things take time but it’s no ok when we dig our cars out they get mowed back in then we’re told by email not to ask the men plowing and shoveling to clear our parking spots out and our cars then they need to stop plowing up back i

Expensive for what you get. I moved into an apartment here yesterday and the dishwasher does not work, the shower in the bathroom does not work and there are 2 cold knobs, and the toilet overflows. Also, clearly the property has had water damage that was quickly fixed and not remediated by a water damage professional. The apartment did have a mold smell on the day I moved in that I did not notice when I viewed the apartment a week before moving in. When I chose the apartment the description said washer/dryer hook up but turns out there is not. I received a virtual tour before renting of an apartment with same layout but did not get to view the actual apartment until a week before moving in, after already paying most of the money to move in.

Recently relocated to Pa. and the process of finding an apartment at that time was daunting. That is until I discovered Cloister Gardens and the property manager Peter. He was kind and patient. He helped make the application process less stressful. Peter will work with you, and explain everything. I didn't feel like a number but a person. Renden in maintenance is timely and efficient. He gets the job done and pays attention to detail. My neighbors are welcoming and friendly. Happy to live here!

My sister and I are only here a few months and we really enjoy living here. Pete (manager) is always friendly and pleasant. If you have any issues he is quick to remedy them. Renden (maintenance) does an excellent job as well! Looking forward to many years here! Also we are enjoying meeting our new neighbors!

They have done a few things for me already. I am happy with issues taken care of. Friendly and respectful of me being home or not being home. I have no problems so far
