We live at W Oak Ridge Road for over 2 years now. More than one instance has occurred in the past with irresponsible handling of residents maintenance requests. The City of Orlando Code Enforcement has been involved and business had to perform multiple repairs to the property, fire and rehire office management staff to no avail. On Monday, June 3rd, 2024 our apartment’s AC unit stopped working. The maintenance request has been filed around 3 pm same day with no one responding to it, even though business open till 6 pm and when we came to the office around 4.40 pm same day because no one was accommodating proper response via the phone, the maintenance crew was sitting in the shade area by the leasing office on the golf carts, relaxing and using their cellphones. They are slumlord at 1981 Marcus Avenue. They couldn't maintain the garage which is unsafe to park in due to instability. All the trees are dead around the property. On our floor they walled off an elevator bank shortly after we moved in preventing proper deliveries and making customers confused by the lack of appropriate signage for correct elevators. The lease has clauses about electrical usage overages and their cleaning staff makes sure to leave all lights on all night to make sure there is an overage. I have been promised a call back from property manager for several months now and no call is ever received. They state she is on a conference call and assures me she will call after but every-time no call! All i need is some simple paperwork but they seem to not care about there residents past move in.

Rent at one of their locations. DONT DO IT. RUN FOR THE DAMN HILLS

Tried to reach out for assistance and was treated very RUDLEY by MARY thanks for not caring about helping others now the Lord knows how to treat you. Very unprofessional. I wouldn't keep her around with that attitude. Disgusting interaction.
